1.) I would have to agree with the ediots' opinion on Blake's poetry. The images in Blakes poetry are meant to inspire your imagination. I personally picture the Chinney sweeping boys as different parts of my soul. the first as an upbeat hoepful spirit who helps me recover from painful experiances; and the second is the beaten boy, who is downtrodden from years of emotional pain.
2.) The poems explore the pain of children working to make a living for themselves and their families. The document provides a background for the working conditions of these children. For me personally, the document provides me with more reason to find the working children sad. It makes the act of putting small children to work seem much more harmful to the human psyche.
